HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SERVICE QUALITY: My family and I are a two-time customer of this business & location. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! They are a small business location inside the Wellington Green mall by TooJays and they do not fix or repair anything. Instead they "nickel & dime" you. They kind of repair something on your watch, then they purposely break something else with it (i.e. the dial). When you pick it up, they claim that it was already like that. They blame the customer. They do not take responsibility. And more importantly, they don't have morals. The owner of the company "pretends" to really "care" about the situation, but the truth is, you never get a partial or full refund, the watch (or jewelry) never gets repaired. And additionally, they want to "send" the item out to a different city, to another jeweler who will "fix/repair" it. How do you "trust" them if they can't provide quality service in the first place? Are you kidding me?!?! This business is not worthy of "Wellington Green" Mall status. Please save yourself time, money, and disappointment: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are are a 0 out of 5 Stars!!
