Stay Away! The front desk ruins this place. The man who runs the office is the Dr.'s son and acts like a spoiled brat. He is condescending, rude, expectant, and lies. I watched him speak to the older woman in front of me like she was a child he needed to reprimand. When it was my turn, he actually asked me "What's your problem" when I told him I needed to get back to work (I work in the same complex) after making me wait over 15 minutes to provide me a corrected check that he messed up in the first place. When I verified if he asked me that question he proudly said yes. I told him that perhaps this line of work wasn't suited for him (rude, I know, but deserved) to which he suggested I find another Dr. After a little more back and forth I ended up swearing at him and walked out--to the tune of him YELLING across the occupied waiting room that "it's done". Whatever that meant. I wrote a private letter to Dr. Newcomer, which was intercepted by Mr. Happy Face at the front desk and he personally walked it over to MY workplace. I told him I would not speak to him at my place of employment. Subsequently, I received a fake letter from the Dr. dismissing me from the practice. I say fake because Mr. Happy Face wrote it himself and I would bet a weeks pay that the Dr. never saw my original letter. If you want to bear the front of the chip this man has on his shoulder, go ahead and schedule. If you want to be treated respectfully, GO ELSEWHERE!
