I took Kojack (my Maltese dog) in for a bath and cut, the woman at the front assured me that he was in good care. After about 4th hour, I was concerned that I had not yet received a call back from the store, but FINALLY, my phone rang and they told me that Kojack was ready to be taken home. I was going to come into the store and complain, but as soon as I saw my dog all I could do was thank her for the service. Kojack looked so cute so happy (he usually looks depressed at other places we’ve been). They did an awesome job, it’s not easy to find a good place to do a good job at a Maltese hair. Basically, it was well worth the wait. Thank you !!!

Horrible experience. I was told to drop my dog off at 11:30am and would be called in a little bit when he was done being groomed. A little over 3 hours later, I had not heard back from them so I went back and asked if he was almost done. The one groomer did not even remember who my dog was, and after I reminded her, she said they didn't groom him yet. So I asked where he was (because I did not see him with the other dogs) and he was in a back room behind a closed door by himself. I just rescued him and told the groomers that he has separation anxiety but obviously that did not matter to them. I said I would be taking him home now and she began to speak to the other groomer in another language right in front of me. Would not recommend and will not be going be back.
