My wife and I have used WTC for years to go to the DR, and Rehab at PWH.. The owner, ,Dennis is polite when I make the appointment.. Tom, the driver, is friendly and helpful getting in /out of the car since I an disabled and my wife uses a walker.Also,we live in Wellington and use the Star Taxi Card where our ride is paid for by a Wellington grant for seniors.

I just called about an hour ago. The man picks up the phone in a monotone voice and I explain to him where I am and where I'd like to be picked up. He tells me that the minimum is $18 and I say okay, I was about to pay and he goes "okay we're gonna pass on you thanks for your inquiry" I live 6 minutes away and I was going to give you almost $20. Glad I didn't. I ended up walking home which was fine but whoever answers the phone for here needs to be a little nicer.
