Stay away from this place. Bunch of thieves!! Dropped off my vacuum to be cleaned and repaired. They never called me to let me know it was done. I was in the middle of moving and hadn't heard anything so assumed it was taking some time and I wasn't in a rush to get it. I went back 30 days later to pick it up and they had told me after 30 days, it's theirs. I never received a call that the repair was even done!! The manager then proceeded to yell that it was my own fault and there was nothing they could do. This is a terrible business with no respect for their customers. Stay as far away as possible!!!

Stay far away from this business. I brought my 3 year old Dyson in to be cleaned only. I had to pay up front $100. Alot of money, but I thought Ok it will be cleaned. 3 days later I call to ask about my vaccum being ready. He said it will be another 2 days. I questioned him about it and he said his "sevice tech" (BS) had to look at it. I said I only wanted it cleaned. He insisted it would take more time. Then he called me back to tell me I had FECES in my vacuum. WHAT???? I said NO wAY. Its just dried dirt. He said, and I quote" Pick up your F%^%in vacuum , I'm not cleaning It". When I went to the store he would not refund my money, even though he didn't do the job and I had to call the police and now will take them to small claims court. When we were in the shop, another couple was having an issue with him as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Had hide-a-hose system installed. The installers were hard working and very knowledgable. The system is great. To not have to drag those hoses around and up and down is wonderful, but better yet, the system works much much better than my original central vac system. Worth the money. Great company to work with. Owner takes pride in workmanship.
