December 29, 2013. I well went thru the driver thru. I did not get what I ordered. I called to tell them and I was told that I did get what I ordered. I was told I could not tell the difference between original and extra crispy. REALLY??? (they were not busy so that could not be a excuse) I requested to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and basically called me a liar when I said I didn't get what I ordered. All the manager wanted to do was argue with me. This is a real nice way to treat your customers. Last time I was there they messed up my order, however that time I did not call them. Won't need to call ever again since I will never eat there again. Thanks for being nasty to me Ms Manager.

Store was filthy. Cobwebs and dust in the windows. The floor in the dining area felt like it had been mopped with crisco.

If that's how well the keep the front of the store I'm afraid to think what is going on in the food prep area.
