Provided by YPmobileSumner seems incapable of keeping up with traffic during high use times. I would expect any service provider, good or bad, to have some slower times when everyone is home from work, but with Sumner the service isn't just slow, it's nonexistent. I am writing this from my phone right now, as no devices in my house are able to access the Internet through Sumner's services. I paid my bill one week ago and already my service is acting like I've missed all my payments and has been cut off.
Thay says nothing about the data caps that aren't advertised. Multiple times through the months of use I have witnessed 1-2 Web pages load fine, then even a simple google page being completely unable to load for about 30 minutes. These instances are usually later into my month plan, and it seems to happen during all times of day, so I can only assume this is a data cap.
As soon as another provider is available, I will be cancelling my service.

Provided by YP.comThis is a small town company without the knowledge and know how of how a real company should operate to serve their customers. I've never had to make a pay arrangement before and I called to set it up over the phone and after waiting 15 minutes to speak to someone in the "financial" department, they told me they can not do pay agreements over the phone and I had to come into their office. So, the next day I go into the office and take the time out of my busy schedule and after working a 60 hour work week to set it up and the woman said that paying a week later wasn't an issue. The next day they take the amount out of my account anyways. Saying nothing that they can't do a pay agreement if you are set up for automatic withdrawal. The woman had the audacity to tell me if I'm having TROUBLE paying I need to be taken off of automatic billing. She made me feel as if I'm such a peon that I can not make my monthly payment when I have been a loyal customer that believes in shopping locally. WHY. Why is it such an issue that you can not set up an agreement with automatic payment? No company I have ever dealt with has an issue with this. Maybe you should ask your customers what kind of payments they make before screwing them over. Or maybe you should have noticed on my account when you set this up for me that I was set up on automatic payment before you set up the agreement.... THINK about your customers before your sales. This isn't a way to do business. I am highly dissatisfied with this company and would highly recommend AT&T or another service provider.
