I too am surprised to see this review as my husband and I had exceptional service and quality from this catering company. The Nadlers went above and beyond to cater to my needs at my wedding and all 500 guests raved about the food. I used them as my caterer after having multiple positive referrals from others. The Nadlers were professional, kind and overall, fabulous people to work with on my special day.

I was suprised to read the other review on Nadler's catering. We seemed to have two totally different experiences. Nadler's catered our wedding and the food was excellent. The brisket and chicken were both very tender. We could cut the chicken with a fork! Not to mention, just about everyone wanted seconds of the hot potato salad. I have a family with several chef's and there were no complaints from them, which is unusual. As for service, Nadler's went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. They are very to-the-point and organized.

Catering business is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. Food was bland and pork was dryer than an overcooked thanksgiving day turkey.
