The Wellington Community Fire District has been providing fire prevention, protection and emergency services since 1881. The fire district provides training in rope rescue operations. The Wellington Community Fire District s community emergency response team trains the public on basic first aid, small firefighting and minor search and rescue operations. It also provides vehicle extrication, emergency medical, hazardous materials response, and water and confined space rescue services. The fire district employs more than 30 firefighters. The Wellington Community Fire District is located in Wellington, Ohio.
