Pinederosa Camping Area - Directions We do offer seasonal sites here at the Pinederosa. At our facility located at the junction of Capt. Thomas and North Village Roads, our sites have up to 50 amps of power, water, sewer, and are cable ready. Site sizes are up to 3500 square feet in total area. We have an inground pool and laundry available as well. Some sites are located in sunny sections and others are well shaded. We are on the doorstep of Ogunquit Village and are very close to the Wells and Ogunquit beaches. The cost for the season which starts in early May and ends in mid- October is 2500.00. Site renters pay for their own cable and electricity. Our new seasonal camping facility at 580 Hiltons Lane is open. We currently have 3 sites left to lease out of the original 84. This seasonal camping area is located 1.5 miles from our existing facility in a very quiet pristine area. Each site has up to 50 amps of power, water, sewer, and cable and can handle anything from smaller R.V.'s to park model units. The sites are 2000 square feet in area but have additional buffers around them as well. Each site backs up to a wooded area thus ensuring more privacy. The entire seasonal area is not visible from any secondary roads and is surrounded by an additional 165 acres which are being preserved. There's an inground pool and laundry facility on site as well. The cost for Mid - May to Mid - October is $3, 000 plus 7% tax. That price includes cable. Both parks are minutes away from the area beaches and shopping outlets and we are also less than 10 minutes away from a brand new championship 18 hole golf course.
