Attempted to use the Touchless Wash Bay. Undercarriage wash inoperative, vehicle sprayed with soap but no rinse. Attendant no help, said that problem was noted day before, but was told not to post sign. Would not provide Manager's contact info. Told to come back on Tuesday, but I'll never return.
