Wells High School is an educational institution that is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The school serves more than 500 students in grades 9 through 12. It is a part of the Wells-Ogunquit Community School District. Located in Wells, Maine, the school provides advanced placement, special education and English as a Second Language programs. It offers courses in French, Spanish, technology education, and family and consumer science. Wells High School offers memberships in the National Honor Society, as well as operates a student council, band, and drama, ecology and yearbook clubs. The school supports a range of sports activities that includes basketball, cross country, baseball, football, golf, soccer, cheerleading, wrestling, and track and field. In addition, Wells High School provides student support services, such as guidance counseling, medical care and transportation.
