This particular Wendy's locations is absolutely horrible. They have no idea what fast food service obviously means or endures, they also lack the responsibility that comes with their job, especially the afternoon manager. They have messed up our order multiple times, usually by not giving me the order that I paid for. For instance, the last time we ordered the chicken nugget value meal for my younger cousin and they forgot to put it in the bag. When I called down to complain, the manager told me and my friend when he arrived there to pick up the food. That this was not her fault, she was on break when this occurrence happened. No one particularly blamed you, but Wendy's was at fault for not double checking their order before sending it out. Today, samething but this time no drink for my nephew, no fries for my friend and of course it's not Wendy's fault.
