Called for a tow on Sunday because they claimed to be open, yet at the end of the two-hour window when their tow truck was supposed to arrive, they called to cancel, saying the muffler place our car needed to be towed to wasn't accepting drop-offs ... which was a lie. They were, in fact, waiting for our car. So they postponed picking our car up until 8:00am the next day (Monday). So when we were at the car waiting the next morning and the tow truck hadn't arrived by 8:15, we called to find out where they were, only to be informed they weren't getting there until 9:30. (We had specifically told them on Sunday that we were unavailable that late in the morning.) They wanted us to leave our key with the car, which was NOT acceptable. So basically, they didn't want to be bothered both on Sunday and early Monday morning. Needless to say, we cancelled using their service.
