They have very helpful service people, always willing to help you to the right area of the store. Always a smile on their faces. My one stop shop. The big box stores maybe cheaper SOMETIMES, You cant beat the people, to me that means a lot.

Yeah no to the other review. There is usually very helpful service always quick to help you to the right isle to select the right product for the right job. Every business someone somewhere will have a bad experience. But Fassett Lane 90% of the time has always been the perfect place to go I've been going there since I was 5

Terrible horrible customer service. The helps is rude and act like they don't want to Be there. I will never shop there nor will my friends They have had the same terrible customer service also.
