Wellsville High School provides academic and social education to more than 450 students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers various athletic activities, such as cross-country, basketball, wrestling, tennis, softball, football, baseball, volleyball, and track and field. The school s core curriculum includes English, computer applications, foreign languages, health and physical education, science, social studies and math. Its elective subjects include art and humanities, business and technology education, and family and consumer science. In addition, the school provides career guidance and personal counseling services. Wellsville High School also offers food, health screening and transportation services. It is governed by Wellsville Central Schools. The school offers membership opportunities in the National Honor Society and a variety of extracurricular activities, such as band, chorus, and jazz, ski and aviation clubs.
