A desire to combine all operation under one roof led to construction of a new, custom designed dealership at 148 Easy Street in October 1992. The 44,000 square foot facility was located on 4.7 acres of land. At this time the product lines included Chevrolet, Geo, Mazda, Jeep/Eagle, Subaru and supporting service and parts departments, and a stand alone collision repair center. In November 1997, the GM lines of Cadillac and Oldsmobile were added to the franchise list. Corporate requirements that brought the two new GM brands to Cascade also called for exclusive positioning of GM product lines. This agreement set in motion construction of a new 30,000 square foot dealership located to the north of the existing facility at 150 Easy Street. In January 1999, Cascade North opened the doors to its new Subaru/Mazda/Jeep dealership. Along with new and used sales, this state-of-the-art facility also houses a full service and parts department along with Cascade's car rental and internet departments. Today, Cascade Autocenter has survived and thrived during challenging times as a Chevrolet, Cadillac, Subaru, Mazda dealership. Even as market conditions have shifted, Cascade's core business philosophy of More Than Expected Service, has not. It is the solid foundation that our dealership is built upon.

I recently brought in my 2017 Subaru Impreza for a tune up and diagnostic/repair on my thermostat.

When I received my vehicle back. They told me everything they completed on my vehicle(including tire rotation). I immediately noticed my tire pressures were not within specification, and they read the exact same pressures prior to bringing the vehicle in. This was evidence that my tire rotation was not completed, nor was it even thoroughly inspected, as stated in my paperwork.

Their technician also overfilled my oil by 1 Quart, which can damage the motor. They did not call my warranty company for the repairs needing done, which the repair would have indeed been covered under warranty. Saving me money.

Instead, David in Subaru Service Dept. brushed it off like he did not want to deal with the warranty company.

I left the dealership with my vehicle, and about a week into driving noticed my vehicle is STILL experiencing the same issues with the thermostat. When I called to speak with them, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for noticing these major discrepancies. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion from a different maintenance shop, and they diagnosed/fixed my issue right away. They also found the discrepancies with my vehicle listed above.

Eric, the manager of Cascade Subaru Service, wrote me a check that covered only the diagnostic and thermostat repair. I appreciate the gesture but based on my experience that is not satisfactory to me & I will never go back, as I do not trust them. Their service center will claim to do work on your vehicle when it was not done, and you will be charged for it. This has me concerned for other's safety, costly vehicle repairs, as this dealership is not trustworthy.

We purchased a 2013 Chevy Volt and could not have had a better experience. The past times we have purchased new vehicles made us reluctant to go through the ordeal again, but the experience we had with Cascade Auto Center and Randy definitely changed our minds about that. I brought in my 2012 Cadillac SRX for oil, filter, tire rotation and overall check. I was told it would be an hour, but they had the task completed in 40 minutes. Rod Hensley was friendly and most helpful in keeping me informed. I am totally satisfied and will definitely be back in the future.

Brought in my 2013 Cadillac SRX for the first warranty oil change. No issues with that which was done to my satisfaction. It would have been a nice gesture to see that the car was washed or a token given for a car wash. To me, this was not Cadillac service.

My story, although lengthy in time span, ends with an overall positive result. Beginning in the spring of 2013 we experienced several (electrical) problems with our 2012 Equinox. After multiple visits to your Service Center and a considerable amount of time you were able to resolve many of the problems. However, some problems remain, one of which is a serious safety concern..... headlights going off! Display lights have stayed on with the ignition turned off and key removed, remote entry failed, multiple times of a dead battery and on and on. Throughout the experience we feel Cascade stayed with us and did all in their power to resolve the issues. We discussed going the Lemon Law route to get into a different vehicle and Cascade personnel were willing to work with us and deal with General Motors to get the 2012 Equinox replaced. Bottom line, it has been a lengthy and at times testy experience, we basically are content with the outcome. We were able to get a 2014 Equinox as a replacement. Although the 2014 does have a couple of options we wanted and obviously a couple of years newer, the out of our pocket money to get rid of the 2012 Equinox was about $5000.00 more than it should have been. At least now we are comfortable if we go somewhere and don't have to be concerned about getting home before dark. Thanks Scott, Eric, & Bill for working with us through this negative experience and turning it into a positive one.

Cascade Auto continues to meet my expectations for efficient, no hassle, friendly service. I enjoy going there, and I can't think of one thing at this time that they need to change. They seem to put great effort into making the service experience the best in town. I have purchased several new cars over the past 20 years from other dealers (Nissan and Toyota), and I can truly say that this dealership is one of the best in Wenatchee.
