We are a family-run agency that helps run the Full Service Enrollment Center in north central Washington. Suzie's father worked with New York Life for years out of Wenatchee and she started with Health Insurance in 2014. In 2013 Matt shifted from insuring houses and cars to health because of a client needing help. We use technology to improve & simplify our client's shopping experience. We're down-to-earth so that we are approachable for both casual and complicated conversations. We are founded on the principles of not charging fees and reducing customers' costs while increasing their benefits.

Awesome Customer Service!

I was picking up a prescription and it wasn't going through. The Pharmacist told me about Suzie. I gave them a call. Everything looked fine on the health exchange so they called the health authority. It turns out there was a stuck file. They got everything working the next day. Suzie even told me where I could get my teeth worked on. I am definitely referring them to my friends.

Suzie Rocks. I found her on Facebook with her husband doing videos explaining healthcare. With their help, I found out that some of my plan was effective before the deductible and that I could use a local chiropractor. I am definitely coming back November 1st for Open Enrollment. It is awesome having a local office with experts that can advise me with plans at no cost.
