I recently had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the service manager "mike". Arrogant, rude and lack of people skills. Not helpful at all. I strongly recommend using another dealer.

Took in my lawn mower for repairs a week ago after I made a "service appointment." I dropped it off the day I said I would. 5 days later they still have not looked at it. What's the point of getting an appointment if they don't honor it and get your equipment back to you? Closed Mondays for further convenience.

Good people. didn't wait on hold for a long time and real personable. Gave me the information i needed without the run around or b.s. salesman stuff. Just straight t alk and nice, just the way I like it. Thanks Wenatchee Honda
