East Wake High School serves the educational needs of more than 1,500 students enrolled in grades nine through 12. East Wake High School comprises the School of Health Science, School of Engineering Systems, School of Integrated Technology, and School of Arts, Education and Global Studies. The school offers various certificate, honors and advanced placement courses in various subjects. It has partnership with East Wake Education Foundation, Wake Technical College, Campbell University of Pharmacy, Cisco Systems and Wake Technical College.
