We were just traveling thru from KY to Yellowstone when we started having roof issues with our camper. We called and they told us we could stay in their lot overnight, hooked us up to electric right b4 closing time. Everyone we dealt with here was so kind and caring and their assistance was so appreciated. The service guys helped us so we could continue our trip the next morning. Very grateful for all the kind folks here who helped us out even tho we weren't potential customers... just people in need.

Had to take my Thor ACE back twice for the same repair under warranty. Since I live 55 miles away, that’s a nuisance and a costly piece for me, gas and time. Called ahead and told them I would be there Saturday morning to check the repair and pick it up. Got there and it was buried in the back lot. Took almost 2 hours of my day waiting to get it out and then couldn’t get to the hock ups to test the water leak issue. Fortunately under my suggestion, powered up the generator, pumped water from internal source to test. If it wasn’t for it being a warranty repair, would go elsewhere. Sorry guys, but you just don’t get customer service.
