I inquired about this company to do my fencing and decking because I have heard such good things about this company. I called the company to get an estimate and they had thr sales rep out within a few days.
The sales an Matt seemed to really know his stuff about the good, better, and best of the TimberTech composite decking. We chose the color we wanted and the cedar fencing we wanted and put together a great package deal. We took there extended special financing offer, and our job was right on schedule. These work crews are one hell of a team. They work great together and they will put down a deck like a hurricane coming in. They have guys for every part of the install line. I am very happy with our new deck and fence and if we would ever need to do something like this again, then we will reach out to Tri County to do the work. They are definitely worth looking into.

We chose TriCounty after having a not so good experience with MidTown Home Improvement. They were non pushy and delivered a beautiful project-our dogs just love the new fence.

We had a beautiful new deck designed and installed by their team-we love it-they just bid us on a new aluminum fence and will be having that installed next week-they are great to work with.

There no pressure sales approach is refreshing as we had out another remodeling contractor and nearly two hours later had to virtually throw them out when they were pressuring us to sign that night after dropping the price another 10%-no thanks-Tri County had the fair price the first time...EXCELLENT

I had a fence and some step put on my house and they look great. I can't say enough good things about this company. Very professional, thorough, and great quality.

Stay away from tri-county fence and deck. I asked them for an estimate for a fence and deck and found out later that the guy they sent to my house has been convicted of first degree sexual misconduct involving a 12 year old girl.

I called and spoke to the general manager and he told me they do background checks on people before they send them to people's houses. Their checks can't be very thorough. A simple Google search shows the information. The general manager said he would contact the HR department to see why this guy is being sent to homes and someone would follow up with me. After a week I haven't heard anything from the company. In my opinion, he didn't seem too concerned.

I just had a fence installed and I would recommend Tri-County to everyone. They were so helpful and easy to work with. Went far and beyond what was expected. Any fencing or decking.......call Tri-County, I know I will if I need anything else done.

Professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, excellent products, and they far exceeded my expectations! I am proud to tell anybody that I have a Tri-County Fence and I could not be happier with the finished product. I had no idea how many options there are for fencing and decking until I saw their showroom and spoke with their extremely knowledgeable General Manager. He guided us through what we needed and didn’t oversell but he did over deliver – a rare thing these days. This is a Frank Leta family business so I felt a lot better entrusting them with the contract knowing that a long term member of the community is standing behind the work. I’m starting to plan out what I want for a deck now and I can’t wait for Tri-County to install it!
