Had a great experience. I had my car in for service. They had a guy named Alex work on my car. He did a great job and I will be asking for him every time. My seat wasn't moved and the car was spotless, just as I brought it in. It was probably the shortest time I have ever. Had to wait at Eisenhauer. While I was waiting, I spoke to a salesman named Nathan. He spoke with me the whole time and never tried to push me to look at a new car like the other sales people. I wish dealers would realize that most customers come to service for service and not to be harassed on other stuff. I normally go to jiffy lube due to that fact. If all salesman worked like Nathan I would continue to go to Eisenhauer for service. Thanks to Alex and Nathan.
