What has happen to state farm. They used to be so good. If you file a claim prepare yourself it's worse then a root canal. The customer service is awful I know they have had a change in staff but still not an excuse to help you. We had to fight with everything we had to get what was owed to us. They will stall. They will try to wear you down until you give up. This is a terrible tactic. This particular location has increase my rates 40 percent in just two years. I've had one claim in 20 years. In the 40 years I've driven I've had one speeding ticket while it's not lawful to speed I was in a emergency situation If anyone knows where it's better please post. In two years I've had a 3percent wage increase. Who can survive on these insurance rates.
