The worst medical facility I have ever encountered. About 3 wks ago I torn some ligaments on my ankle and ordered an ankle brace, was told would get it in a couple of days and that they would call me. 3 days nothing. I called said not in will call you tomorrow, no call. Called backed said not in for sure by tomorrow will call you. No call, you get the picture. Now it's been almost two weeks no brace. Last conversation will call you by 3PM today. No call, went to pick up my Dr. prescription went to Macpherson's in Harlingen, they had in stock and got it. The worst part is that miracle is that Miracle Medical is still in business, they (the employees) just don't care and are just plain liars.
