Recently my father has had some back pains that needs a little extra care and I have brought this up with the nurse in charge but it seems like what I said went in one ear and out the other. It was a simple request to meet his needs which is what was promised when we registered with them. And I know I'm not the only one who's heard from a loved one that they feel their medical needs are not really being met by said nurse. I have no problems facility wise but I would like something to change when it comes to the attention their nurse gives to not just my father but to the everyone at Nuestra Familia in general.
