Sadly is not a positive review. Looking for specific fish...called ahead as every pet store in a 25 mile radius of me is out of my cichlids. I called ahead to male sure they had some...the kid I spoke with said they did. My wife and I drove 45 min to stand in the register line for 35 minutes because there were no available associates around to ask where the fish are I was told were available. The kid clearly never checked. His apology was forced and I have happily decided to not give another penny of my money to Petco. Where did the customer service go?

I've had extremely horrible experiences with their grooming. My dog has come home several times cut up and bleeding. I have a very calm and obedient dog who loves everyone and for some reason he is terrified when we get there. He's had major surgeries at a vet clinic and is not afraid to go to the vet at all. As soon as we got to petco he tucked his tail under himself an peed (he has never once done the bathroom indoors, like I said he is very well trained) he was shaking and when they put him on their leash to take him in he was pulling back trying to come back with me. I was not aware that this was happening all the time because my mom was the one bringing him to his appointments. But when i brought him and saw this I knew something was wrong. I'm not sure if thy even treat the dogs well there or what they even do to them, but I was extremely upset. I will never bring him or any of my animals there. I would definitely recommend no one to take them here!

We used the grooming services for my wife's hearing dog which is a Brussels Griffon. The groomers, Joe and Kendra, did an excellent job and treated her with caring and professionalism. Because she is a service animal we are very careful about where we leave her. A hardy job well done to this great crew.
