After searching the McAllen area for a sub-contractor to service the fire alarm, security & access control for our 10 Rio Grande Valley locations we contracted Protech Security as our main security service provider. We had previously & constantly had issues our previous companies coundn't service us within a 24hr time frame because they didn't have enough personel. We couldn't be more satisfied! Fast prompt service! Thank you Protech!

Great service, were speedy on my request for a panic button at my employment to make sure I have the best protection around. You just never know when you'll need the extra protection. The techs even tried it out, and the authorities were here in the blink of an eye. Very satisfied.

Just had our security system installed by Protech Security today. I normally don't like to write reviews. Only when I have something bad to write about a company. But today was diffrent. I was a bit weary at first being that this company is not huge & is locally owned but I was impressed. Fact is that, based on my personal experience in dealing with bigger alarm companies, I believe that sometimes when companies grow to big they lose touch with reality and forget to appreciate the average consumer. Keep up the good work!!!
