When my boyfriend's house needed a new heat pump, we were devastated. After shopping around for prices and about a week of torture, my boyfriend and I found that this company had the best prices, but they also had the friendliest staff. We couldn't believe that they weren't the first people we called because we would have saved a lot of time and frustration (and tears from me). For us price isn't everything, ATTITUDE IS (but they were the best in both departments which is a bonus). There were some companies that were blatantly disrespectful and short with my me which made me reluctant to try to get quotes, some companies who tried to force us into unnecessary add ons, and some who tried to use scare tactics such as "if there is a lower price than us.. well buyer beware.. so are you ready to start?" When I initially called, I was greeted by Adrianna, who was astounding from start to finish. She is knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely has the costumer in mind. Adrianna's customer service skills alone are reason enough for me to feel confident enough recommending this company to another person. The technicians we worked with were always prompt, courteous, patient with all of our questions. I appreciated how we were treated with respect by all members of the staff who made sure we got everything we wanted and what we needed at a fair and competitive price. I would recommend ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE AND AC INC to anyone in need of a service, and will continue doing business with them.

I used this company almost 3 years ago to fix an (then) 8 1/2 yr old refrigerator. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and $$.

Now, almost 3 years later, my same fridge is making a funny noise....I just spent 1 hour finding the same company! Called and they're coming Monday to check it out. This company was fair and tech was extremely knowledgeable!

I do not recommend using this company. They fixed a leaky valve and refilled then I had the same exact problem again. Turns out first fix was not thorough. Then they did it all over again and did not charge me. However I get a phone call one week later and they want to send a technician out to check on work I never had done. When I asked the technician who came out the next day why he was there, he also gave a bogus explanation, called in, then threatened me that he was there to ensure my drain lines were clear because "next time they came out, it would not be for free." I got upset, left the room to go get my phone to call, and he left. I called, asked for a manger, who said they were checking on my drainline which they cleaned and which I paid $125 for. When I said that never happened, she said she was looking right at my invoice. I insisted that I had paid over $600 and never had my drains cleaned, and she hung up on me! Later attempts to discuss my problem with them about threatening not to honor what is a clear warranty ended up with them trying to turn things around on me to say I threatened them. Something is either shady or seriously incompetent when a MGR says she is looking right at my invoice for $125 for a drain cleaning I never had. I am literally scared of these people.

I called for same day service. they were excellent . I had no issues they fixed my ac . great price .OVERALL EXCELLENT

Let me enlighten you on business from the other reviews . First any co that cones out is going to be a charge fob at least a 100 it's a personal service and they come to your house k. Every call you have cost. So when I hear people complain about 100 to come out either you are not educated on how to run a business or your just not educated. That's ignorance taking . This co u have used for years. They have had the same name. They have a active license. This is a excellent co. Good service and professional ... I will call then again. They have excellent prices

The manage bent over back wards to help is with our Ac. They were professional fast kind. And knowledgable thanks

DO NOT USE!!! They apparently will send out a contractor who will be in your house for approx 30-45 minutes, fix the electrical wiring with an electrical nut, and then charge you $110 because the tech makes his own prices. He even mentioned that being they are allowed to make their own prices, they will take advantage of the unknowing and elderly....very shady practices and they won't refund the overcharges. Instead, they offer a "gift card" for the company to be used on the next visit which means, "sorry we screwed you but please call us back so we can take $40 off your next $100+ bill. Consumer beware!!!!

I call this Air conditioning repair contractor just because of these was recommended by two persons of mine after that I asked for their quotation for work and compair with others. And the fact it was much affordable than others and good service.
