This place is fantastic, dropped off my suit for an interview and was supposed to pick it up before Monday, so went on a Saturday around 4:15 (they close at 4) the door was locked, lights wher off but could see the 2 clerks inside, they opened the door as soon as that saw me and told me gently that they were closed and system was turned off, I begged them to reopen and to my surprise they did without even the slightest attitude, this place is phenomenal and proves their employees received proper training in customer service.

brought a dress in to be cleaned. it came out worse than when it went in. there were no stains when it went in. brought it back they said they will take care of it and when my husband went to pick it up they had the gall to charge him when it was supposed to be a redo. i came home saw the dress still had the same stain! I went in and demanded my money back. The owner apologized and tried to say it was the first time it had been brought in and I said no it wasn't I got my money back but she tried to talk me onto a "courtesy" cleaning and I said no thank you and walked out. I wouldn't being anything there again

if they were cab drivers i'd get out and walk.



if they had a restaurant i'd go home and cook.



if they sold jewelry i'd bring my own loupe.



but they don't. they clean clothes. or do they? one job these people have: clean clothes, get them back to customers on time. they have failed consistently at this charge and i will not return to them. what's more is the smarmy owner is more interested in apologizing than she is in actually figuring out solutions to messes she and her employees caused. self-ingratiating attitudes are cheap (opposed to their services). she acts as if she were selling me snake oil in a bazaar in morocco... very untrustworthy... and it shows.

Don't care about their customers

I decided to bring my wedding gown in for cleaning and preservation. Three employees looked at me like I was crazy and had no idea what I was asking for even though there was a sign on the window about these services. Then I'm given 3 different prices at separate times, increasing each time. Then I was told my dress would be ready in about a week. No one called me. Three weeks later I found out it had been done weeks ago and no one bothered to let me know. The cleaning appears to be pretty decent, even though it cost me an arm and a leg and they jacked up my specialty hanger with my new last name on it. Steer clear, they aren't trustworthy.

I have been a customer of Cedar Cleaners for a while and hoped I would get better service. The cleaners destroyed one of my suits that were very expensive, and after trying to work with Amy (the owner) for over a month I still have not gotten reimbursed for the suit. This is very disappointing because we have supported her business for so long, and one would hope for better service with this situation.I will probably be taking legal action over this issue, and I would advise anyone to be aware of this type of response when dealing with Amy over these types of situation from this establishment.
