Not very professional at all. When we fist got there it was like walking into a morgue! The woman at the desk was cold and very unfriendly. Then to top it off, the optometrist had a mouth that would make a sailor cringe. I don't believe she thought we heard it. As far as the exam...okay I guess...how difficult can that be! It was the lack of professionalism that turned me off. We will never return as professionalism is extremely key in that type of business.

This practice is a joke! First of all the woman who answers the phone is about as rude as someone can be. My appt. was not on time, so I don't know what the other review was talking about the trains in Germany. I got the impression that the two who are there to supposedly work....did'nt give a hoot about whether we were seen or not. My advice......skip these people and move on to a more qualified practice.

Peggy Sterling has MOVED from Bruce B. Downs & Cross Creek but I found her!!! She has been my eye doctor for six years and has always gone the extra disance for me to check my eyes for any signs of abnormal issues. Being a pilot, it's key to show up for the FAA Medical Exam with excellent eyesight and Peggy knows the regulations and gets me right on target or better. She is passionate about patient care and service. Her office schedule runs like the trains in Germany....ON TIME! In my humble opinion, you will not find anyone better to look after your eyes.
