My pedicure was fine. But when I was getting my manicure the spa technician stabbed the middle finger of my left hand in the cuticle area so hard that it began to bleed - and wouldn't quit. The puncture wound was so painful that I couldn't complete the manicure.

This nail spa is a great, relaxing environment. Customer service is good and they sterilize everything! (which is always a concern of mine) Their deluxe manicure and pedicure are WELL worth the money. Usually it takes about an hour and a half to get a deluxe pedicure. It includes an extensive foot and leg massage, paraffin dip, warm towels and socks put onto your feet and salt scrub. I've not found a better place to go!
