Provided by YP.comAwful!!! Poor quality, my manicure gel last 3 days and i came off one per day. I went to talk with the person in charge and they treated me as a thief. I argued that the gel should last at least 15 days that i have tried another nails places and his answered was "go back over there" Totally rude and no professional. Their customer service skills are nonexistent and they have never known the word courtesy.
Because their service is fast they don't have take care to sterilize tools and sanitize where everybody puts their feet. You can catch bacteria, fungus, etc...
Clearly, manicure and pedicure gel don't last long because they want you there every week. They are stealing everybody's money.
Tried this place a three weeks ago, HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE JOB ON A BASIC MEDI AND PEDI. I could have done a better job on my nails than who we had! SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place is so BAD.

Provided by YPmobile5 of my nails from a shellac manicure have peeled off within a week and they refuse to fix what is obviously a very defective product or application of product.

Provided by YP.comWell I have to say I agree with everyone else. I'm not gonna say the owner IS an A-hole but he really does come across as one. I've never personally spoken to him but he just never seems to smile or greet his customers the way an owner should. And I have heard from friends "the owner is a d-ck". The only reason I still go there is because of EMILY. She does a good job. She doesn't overly chit chat with the other girls or have her phone attached to her ear and make you feel uncomfortable like she's talking about you, which I really appreciate. And she doesn't talk you to death. I like to relax when I'm getting my nails done, not get asked a thousand questions. She is older than the other girls and seems more professional and overall a nicer person. There's another girl there that does a good job. I won't mention her name because I don't want to call her out on bad attitude. I don't ask for her anymore because she just always has a sour b-itchy look on her face and she walks around like she's the queen of the place.

Provided by YP.comI went to Nail Country expecting a quality pedicure (should be a given at $40.) Although the decor is nice, the staff is not. They don't care that you are on time for your appointment, yet are seen a half hour later! My pedicurist ignored my requests and did a crap job. She just filed away haphazardly at my toenails until they were uneven, which showed greatly once she attempted to do a French pedi. She told me I came in with uneven toenails, like it was my fault?? Seriously?? I didn't know I had to prep my toes for a place that charges $40 for a pedi. One would think a nail salon would have employees that can file a nail properly. My friend had a French manicure. The very next day, one of the paint from a nail peeled off whole! Next time we will go someplace else.

Provided by YP.comHorrible service. They cut corners and expect you to pay for their mistake. I went to get the new Shellac product within a day the gel chipped off my nail. When I went in to complain they told me that the only thing they could do is have the person who did them fix the ONE nail. And by the way they weren't going to be in that day so I would have to wait until they come in. For as much money as I spent the Shellac should have lasted more than a day. I expected a raincheck or my money back, even a simple apology. I got nothing. I will be taking my money elsewhere!

Provided by YPmobileI read all the reviews about Nail Country & Tan Spa , and I was kind of worried how bad it will be for my nail service. But I was shopping at Publix and decided to give them a try and my nail service was not any where like other reviews here. Matter of fact , it is the best nail salon that I had ever been in. The place is well run with staffs that can speak English. They are very helpful and answer all questions that you have about nail.. And while I was there they offer free tan with their manicure and pedicure service . Wow, the tanning beds they have is the best I ever see. The prices for tan and nail so affordable with first class experience.. The place is so beautiful well decorated , and the soft jazz music they played so relaxing .. I am sold and recommended every to come there. I am now a loyal customer and so is all my family and friend.. But if you like to tan, wow they have the best tanning beds that you will find in Tampa, and I have been to alot of tan salons .

Provided by YP.comThe owner is rude, unaccomodating and doesn't encourage appointments. The decor is lovely and if you are just going there once for a pedicure, wax or tan without an appt. it would probably be fine. Other than that, I do not recommend for a long-term solution.
