This place has the worst services I have ever came across. I have a 2014 fusion with 2,200 miles and this is the second time I had to go there.

The 1st time I went there I had a harness with a connector that was a problem. They said they had to have one sent to then. I then asked why not take one from a car on the lot. "i was told that if they did that then that connector would break." They also said it would take 2 days to get the part. After making a big deal they got a car for me to use> I ask you if you can't even remove a connector without damaging it, then what else Is ford putting in there cars that is also crape? I just had a tire go flat and I went to the deal a ship Agine and they said that it will cost $1,400 for the rim and $200 for the tire. I looked up the rim and the cost is $579 and shouldn't Goodyear stand by there tire? they also told me that I won't get it back till Friday and they won't give me a loaner.



Never had anything like this with my Hondas.

I give my salesperson Will, and his GM Rich an AAAAA+ rating. Purchasing a car is probably the second most stressful thing most people do. These fellows made the purchase of my pre-owned Edge an enjoyable experience. It truly was worth the 91 mile trip to their dealership. Meeting with the Service Tech who maintained the vehicle eliminated any concerns I had about its history. Highly recommended….Keep up the good work! Thank You Will.

I called to speak with the gm and I had questions the gentleman was very rude. I didn't even want to go in person to buy a car. I was calling on behalf of my boss who wanted company cars.

This dealership is a wonderfully upfront, honest and refreshing breath of fresh air. Our salesman did not play games or try to trick us. After purchasing several vehicles in the past years my husband and I have learned what to watch out for. Heritage Ford gave us the best deal in the fastest way possible. I will be returning to this dealership when it's time to buy another vehicle. I can't tell you how much their honesty meant! If you need a car this is "THE" place to go. Thank you Heritage Ford!
