The salesman is wonderful and they quickly build you house, but it's almost 30 days past closing and I still have major repairs that were supposed to be complete prior to me getting the keys, that still aren't completed. And now, my neighbor across the street's garage door opener opens my garage door too which means I can't use my door since I have to lock it until Suarez fixes it. It's been three working days and they haven't done anything. Also, I haven't heard anything from the builder regarding my repairs, no emails, no phone calls from the construction manager. The overall message I get from Suarez is "he's already living in the house so we don't have to really care about fixing anything" even though they were contractually obligated. I'm tired of being taken advantage of, and their loan officer Greg has developed a bad reputation regarding loan rates with both my neighbors and myself. This system is broke. The home really isn't worth having to take all the extra time to get things fixed that should have been done before the house was "finished."
