My service advisor, Ryan Rivera at Wesley Chapel Nissan is wonderful. He is professional, kind and always has the answers to any questions that you have. Charlie Carney was the sales person who helped me with the purchase of my car. I gave him the figures i needed to stay within and he made it happen. Charlie was great to work with. He has the right personality for the position he has. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Charlie.

What a pleasant experience. EMILIO SERRANO gave us excellent service. His knowledge of the new cars & their features was essential in deciding what was best for me. He was always respectful of my situation since I couldn’t seal the deal that day. Because the dealership and Emilio was very accommodating & made me feel valued I chose to contact him the very next day to make arrangements to pick up my car. I never felt rushed or pressured which we certainly appreciated. “Welcome to the family” was said many times. After working with Emilio & Wesley Chapel Nissan we felt the impact of that statement.

We came to Wesley Chapel Nissan because of a Rogue listed on TrueCar. That vehicle's actual price differed considerably from TrueCar's quote. Frankly, if we hadn't needed a vehicle immediately, we would have moved on.

Nail, our sales agent, was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed us other Rogers in our price range. However, again, a quoted price proved wrong and caused us to debate the wisdom of doing business there. Nail made the difference in our decision to purchase.

A bumper sensor was found defective in the dash display. The front bumper was removed to repair the problem before delivery. Two days after that repair, the bumper ends came loose. Another repair was necessary.

One application document was overlooked at closing. Efforts to obtain a copy dragged out for four days.

One floor mat was overlooked and absent on delivery. That was replaced when the bumper repair was completed.

Nail was again instrumental in addressing our concerns. We thank him for his personal attentions to our concerns. He deserves five stars!
