Provided by YP.comI had gotten a living social. The work was fine. then they sent me an e-mail offering a cleaning for $40. I sent in a check. That's then the nightmare began. they said I hadn't. I copied the check & sent it to them. No response. I wrote Better Business. They claimed I hadn't sent them proof. I did again. Again they balked. I let BBB know they hadn't responded. Byron said he's refund my money. THEY NEVER DID. This guy cheated me.

Provided by YP.comI too had a Living Social. They came.......did a good job. I purchased a $40 coupon on their website & called to have them come again. They couldn't find it. After sending them a copy of my credit card statement, they never responded. I called. Left a message. Nothing. I wrote BBB. They tried calling them. Nothing. I called & left another message. Nothing. I booked twice on their website. It said: they'd come & minutes later, it said: cancel. I e-mailed them. Said they cheated me. No, they said. Well........they've never come. I'm out $40. Isn't that being cheated???????

Provided by YP.comI purchased Groupons and Living Socials from this business, hoping to find a company for regular cleaning sessions and knowing that one session does not show much. The first cleaning was good...not great, but good. I paid the unexpected $11 "tax and gas" fee and tipped well, since the workers were very friendly. I later checked my voucher and saw no mention of the extra fees. The service went steadily downhill from there. The crew did not show up or even call or email for the second call. Then Byron posted a note on his web site that he had had a heart attack. He asked for time....and we rescheduled once he was back to work. He called several times on the agreed-upon day, continually postponing the time.....then never showed or called back. I finally got him to reschedule. (He had extended his coupon expiration dates because of his illness) Not only did the crew rush (3 workers finished in under an hour that time...in the past was 2 workers for 2 hours ). My house was neat and tidy....just wanted the bathrooms done with a deep cleaning and really careful vacuuming. Neither was done....only surface cleaning. At that point I made the decision to simply use my last voucher and not sign up as a regular customer. It took some doing to schedule my last session, since his calendar was full up until the extended expiration date and we were leaving for an extended vacation......but we finally agreed upon a date. Once again, in spite of receiving a confirmation email, they were a no-show. Bryan does not respond to emails or phone messages. The two "supervisors" pictured on his web page cannot be reached at the email given for each. I have notified Living Social and received a refund.....and I will also alert the BBB of Milwaukee. Something is badly amiss with this guy.

I bought two vouchers for B-clean home and corporate cleaning on Living Social. The first time they came and I redeemed it without issue. It wasn't the cleanest (my bathroom counter was still sticky at spots and found cobwebs uncleared) but I got it at a rock bottom price so I didn't complain.
The second time was for Friday, March 23rd. The owner Byron called and said their van "broke down" and wanted to reschedule. I verbally rescheduled with Byron over the phone for March 30th. They did not come and clean on March 30th. I left a few voicemails on Byron's phone. No one ever responded. After a few weeks I decided that instead of waiting for them, I would reschedule again with them. I had to pick a later date (June 29th at 1:30pm) based on availability on their online scheduling system. Byron calls me at 8:01am on June 29th to try to reschedule for an earlier time of 8:30am. I was unable to be ready by that time and told him I might be ready at noon. He said he would call me. He never called, never answered my calls, and never arrived to clean my house. I have waited for 3 months and wasted many physical hours waiting at my home for them to arrive.
I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism. For the 1st missed rescheduled date, I thought maybe he forgot and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. But today, he obviously knew I was scheduled since he called earlier. He never arrived and never called me again to keep me updated of the situation. He failed to provide the service.
It seems like this is their standard practice to now show up to appointments and do not have the courtesy to even forewarn you they are not showing up. I have gotten my refund through living social. I wish I could get the amount of money I have wasted through my wasted time. Such is life... but if you're considering purchasing with them, I would highly discourage you from doing so.

My wife purchased a decent deal for B-Clean through LivingSocial. When I went to make an appointment, I was told that there were only limited slots available, and the appointment I ended up with was about 2 months away.
I made arrangements to be home that day and waited.
I got an email on the Monday before the appointment reminding me of my upcoming cleaning.
They were to show up Wed. morning, 8:30am. By 11am they still had not arrived.
I called their number and was met with a recording that said that they would "get back to me within 24 hours." They did not.
I further followed their directions by using their website to contact them. They stated I would be contacted within two hours. I attempted to send emails to two of the provided addresses. One bounced back on me, and I've still not heard back from them via phone or email.
Reading other reviews and comments here, it would seem that this company works in this same pattern with nearly everyone.
-Blows off appointments without any notice
-Does not contact clients
-Ignores attempts to contact
I don't know if I'll fall into the "bully" category after this, it seems that Byron likes to attack folks who share their negative experiences with them here and elsewhere.
Bottom line: Don't call them, don't use them, don't trust them.

Provided by YP.comI bought the Living Social Deal and could not get through on the phone. When I was finally able to schedule, they never showed up. Phone calls were not returned. When I emailed, the owner, Byron Hoaglan, was very rude to me and refused to give me my money back. His angry responses were unnerving.

I set up my appointment online the first time and the service confirmed the appointment via email and on the phone, however they never showed up. I called a few times that day to see if they were still coming and a week later they called back to reschedule. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled again, but the same thing happend this week they didn't show up and confirmed via email. I still haven't heard from them as to why they didn't show up, but I'm beyond frustrated. I found Byron to be less than responsive and this is very unprofessional. It takes a lot to coordinate an appointment, get the house organized arrange my schedule to let them in for them not to show up TWICE! Have others had this experience or do customers with coupons rate as lower priority? I'm now looking to get my refund with living social.

I've never written an online review before, I but feel the need to do so now in hopes that other people are not taken advantage of by B-Clean.
Aside from having a difficult time initially getting ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment, the real issue is that this company STOLE from me! I talked to Byron, the owner, to confirm my appointment the morning of my scheduled appointment. That was over a week ago though and the last time that I have heard from B-Clean! I cannot get a returned phone call or email for a refund. What an awful business!

I scheduled my first appointment online, it said it was accepted, and then a month later on the date of service I left work early and waited. After an hour of not showing I called to verify and I spoke to Byron. He was very apologetic and explained that something must have happend online because they didn't have me in their books for that month. He did show me scheduled for the following month which was true as I had booked two appointments assuming I would be happy with the service. The following month I received a confirmation email, and then the next day when they were to arrive, again, no show. I called Byron and he said he had called me the night before needing a verbal confirmation and since I didn't call back they assumed I had cancelled the appointment. Ok....starting to lose patience at this point. I kindly explained that I received his confirmation email and no where in that email does it state they need a confirmation call from me and that perhaps he should add it. I then scheduled a 3rd appointment - which mind you - is my 1st still since they've never made an appointment....well, fast forward 2 months and the date comes...received the email and then I called to confirm to make sure I didn't miss a step. The day of Byron calls and says they're early and on their way so I called my husband to let him know they'd be early. An hour later my husband calls to say they still aren't there. My husband works nights so he's essentially sitting up at his "midnight" and these people aren't there! I texted Byron and asked him to call my husband with an ETA and he responded 15 minutes later saying he had called me and gotten my voicemail and left me a message 20 minutes ago...they were at my house knocking and no one came to the door and left.
First of all, I had no calls - I'm a business person and my phone is on me at all times. I had no missed calls and no messages...so apparently AT&T magically decided to not put calls through to me, or voicemails??? Also, my husband was up, sitting in our living room with our 200lb mastiff and 80lbs mastiff...have you ever heard a mastiff bark? Even if my husband was passed out in a coma those boys would have woken him up the second someone stepped on our porch let alone rang the doorbell. I know our doorbell - and dog's barkers - are working perfectly since as my husband waited for B-Clean he received a package from our mailman.
I immediately called Byron and could tell I was sent to voicmail so I explained the 3rd time was not the charm, I'm done trying and I want a refund. I then texted him and repeated this information to which he responded:
"We have done everything on our part to clean your home. I am not understanding the attitude. If you wish a refund contact Groupon"
I think a compassionate business owner would have called me back, not sent me a text, and definitely would not have said I had an attitude. I responded that he'd had an attitude as well if he was his own customer and went through all this BS. I've been more than understanding and my patience has run out. Anyone know a good honest committed business who cleans homes????

I also bought two Living Social coupons. I had no problem scheduling on line. They sent back a confirmation e-mail of the dates and times that I had scheduled. So far so good. They came for the first scheduled date on time. They did a pretty decent job but there were things they missed that I didn;t see when we did a look around. I sent Byron an e-mail saying that there were some things I wanted done the next time and he said yes. So here comes the good part. I had a scheduled appt for March 23rd. On March 22nd Byron called about 8pm and said that one of his van broke and he didn;t have anyway to get his cleaning crew to my house the next day could we reschedule. I said sure and we agreed on the following Thursday. I took off of work early so I could be here to let them in. Well no one shows up and no one calls. I sent Byron and Living Social a few e-mails asking what I could do. Living Social said that I could use the money that I had paid towards a cleaning for B-Clean. But since it was expired there was nothing they could do. And in all this time going back and forth with Living Social, and copying Byron, he never returned an e-mail. So I tried calling and leaving voice mails. Never a return call. So now I have spent $30.00 and cannot get a credit with Living social and Byron not returning my messages. The only reason my certificate was expired was because the vendor changed my date and never showed up. I am not only angry at B-Cleaning but Living Social because they have no control over their vendors and basically say you're out of luck. So buyer beware not only for B-Cleaning but for Living Social. I guess I should have bought it on Groupon since they give refunds or credit

It looked worse when you left than when you came. Instead of dirt being removed, it was simply spread about. Both I and my wife were surprised at how bad the floors were after being "cleaned". You are wrong. And the tile was broken, and put back together like pieces of a puzzle to hide it. And I did complain, but you immediately removed my posts from your blog. And you didn't charge 11, you charged 15. And I reviewed the groupon and the emails and found no indication that you were going to add 15$ to the bill. Because you did not respond to my initial complaint, I called Groupon. They reimbursed me for everything and appologized for the tile. They thanked me for my critical input regarding your shabby business. Now you send me your marketing material without an option to unsubscribe, which makes it no less than spam.
Maturity? Nope. If you get to define professional services with what you provide, I get to define the level of maturity with which to respond. My maturity in this is arguably higher than the quality of your services. Why should I hope to find a resolution with a company that hides it's damages and spends more time responding to customer complaints than trying to provide acceptable services?
Prove me wrong on any or all of this and I will maturely apologize. In the meantime, take my email off your lists. If I receive any more unsolicited marketing from you, I will very maturely submit another complaint to Groupon.

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE! Stay away! I bought a cleaning special for this "company" - I use that term loosely, through Living Social. I thought it sounded like a good deal. After I purchased the deal, I read the reviews, which were NOT good. A lot of no-shows and run-around and bad cleaning, etc. My appointment was for NOON today. I received the email confirmation and reminder a few days ago, just like many other customers said they received.
Here it is 1:30, nobody is here, no phone call, nothing. I called the company - the message box is full, so I can't even leave a message. What a JOKE...I have four little kids, and I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get everything picked up and ready for them to come in and clean. I don't have time for this garbage. What the heck kind of scam is this guy running with this so-called "cleaning company." DO NOT book with B-Clean! I will be getting a full-refund from Living Social, which is the only upside to this garbage dump of a situation. SHEESH!

Provided by YP.comI was afraid after I read other reviews about B-Clean. I also bought two Living Social coupons. I had no trouble picking a date on their website, which I find so much more productive than to call and try to get a compatible date. I received an e-mail for both of the scheduled cleanings. Bryan called me this morning and said he was comfirming and would be there this afternoon. They arrived on time and I walked thru the house with Bryan and he told me what would be included. I have more than 1600 square feet but I don;t have anyone do the two downstairs bedrooms. It started out with two girls, but then at some point another one showed up and then Bryan. I was working in my office so didn't pay much attention. There might have been a total of 4. They were done by 4:15. But if there were four people so that seemed right. I did a walk around with Bryan and didn't see anything that stood out. After he left I went thru again, a more thorough look and did find a few things that they missed. But I will discuss this with Bryan personally. I have them coming back March 23rd. and no longer have trepidations.

Rescheduled for feb. got a confirmation email but no one showed or called. I called and left a message and sent an email and still no response. This is not what I would call customer service. If they clean like they treat their customers - stay away!

Had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment due to groupon and then they didn't show up or call on the day of the appointment. You can never talk to a person when you call their office. they something about customer care associates are assisting other customers, I would bet the farm they have no customer care associates, and soon they will have no customers either.
Hello, I am sorry for not getting back to you as soon as you called. We have had some issues with our network in our office and have not recieved calls, emails, or other counications. I am very willing to try and make this right if you would like to let me do this please give me a call. Thank you and again so very sorry!

Provided by YP.comB-Clean is non-responsive and cancels appointments without the courtesy or good business practice to explain to their customers why. I had to schedule out almost 2 months and received a "we have the right to cancel" e-mail days before my appointment. The Groupon for this company was a bad idea.
Groupon is aware that B-Clean is treating its customers poorly. Groupon handled the situation like a good company and refunded my money. Best of luck Byron with your company. Keep up customer service like this and you will surely be a hit. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about your customer service. I will be using Merry Maids or another reputable cleaning firm.

Hoaglan's personal assurance that they would not be there before the 3:00 appointment time and we agreed on 3:00 or later. I arrived home at 2:56 to find a bill in the door for travel miles. Reached Byron by phone, he said "that crew must have not been aware of the 3:00 time"! He stated they would be back after the next house about 5:45 or so. They never showed up at all! Left a message fro Byron and he responded by cancelling my next appointment. Do not use this service! Price with online coupons is attractive but it is not worth the conflict. lost work time etc.

They just emailed (they were supposed to be here one hour ago)telling me that I am out of their area. Wow. You didn't see my address when you accepted my money? You can't drive 20 miles? At the very least they should have told me the day before. Very poor business decision Mr. Byron.

Provided by YP.comScheduled my first appintment in early November. First visit was ok. I just had my second visit on Friday (12/9/2011). I have to be honest the second visit was way mor orginized than the first. This time I had a supervisor come with the crew and when they were done I only found my tub was still kinda dirty. Like it had cleaner in it still. The supervisor had the crew rinse it out again and the house looked great. We are signing a monthly contract with B-Clean. We are confident the great work will continue.
