I attended my friends funeral yesterday, July 12, 2012. Although, the facility is beautiful my experience and feelings about it are horrible. The air conditioning wasn't working, the sound system obviously wasnt checked prior to the service and WHOMEVER did the my firends Make-up did a horrific job. They should be fired. She looked nothing like herself. She had a clay like look to her skin which made her look gray, she had barely no colored make-up on, no eye shadow, no blush, no lipstick. Her hair wasn't done up at all. Believe me I have been to lots of funerals in my time including my fathers recently. I have never seen anybody look more unlike themselves. There were pictures of her everywhere. How could this make-up person not know that she wore make-up. Since when does anybody get made up with gray make-up. I will never recommend your facilities. I am so disappointed and frustrated. This is the last image her children will have of her and you guys ruined it. You did nothing with her hair either. Addtionally, I think it is tacking to take down the deceased name before the service is complete. I am disgusted and disappointed expected way more out of your facility and staff.
