So happy I found this place for my son to get his haircut, we found it right before we moved to City Island in the Bronx, and we'd go to one my fiancè's really good friend, who then opened up his own shop right on City Island, and it was great... but we lived in NB when he was born and for quite a few of his earlier haircuts, most of the cuts weren't bad(some were VERY bad)... but it was the other barbershops atmosphere (especially loud vulgar language), lack of cleanliness, and their service was either rude, creepy, and most of the overall service fwlt non-existint... No greeting when you enter from ANYONE, they just acted like they don't need you, you needed them more, the total opposite way a business should run!! And these were places all in NB, bc if I don't need my haircut at the salon I have been going to forever but he needs his haircut much more often than me and badly bc he has some seriously thick hair, unlike mine, and it grows more than twice as fast as mine, mine has never grown longer than right past my shoulders, it just stops there no matter what I do!! It's just I don't feel the need to take more than a 5 minute drive for a lil boy (now 8yrs old) haircut... it doesn't take very long to shape up and cut. And PERFECTION Barbershop showed me everything I wanted when my son gets his hair cut, they even really interact with him... it makes my son feel more comfortable getting his haircut. Thank You!!
