Established in 1921, MaxYield Cooperative is an entrepreneurial total solutions provider from organic nutrients to ethanol to precision agriculture. MaxYield Cooperative is a local member owned cooperative operating in 18 locations. MaxYield handles an average of more than 80 millions bushels of corn and more than 5 million bushels of soybeans per year. More than one third of corn is exported to Mexico, while a sizeable percentage is shipped to the poultry, cattle and dairy industries in the southern United States. It also operates an ultra-modern, computerized feed mill that processes 400 tons of high quality feed a day. MaxYield has received Alliant Energy s Excellence in Energy Efficiency Award in 2010.
