I've never really written a review before, but we just re-signed another year lease and I felt it necessary to share why...
I've rented my whole life (I'm 46) and I've finally found an apartment I can be proud to call home.
We love our place! We have 3 bedrooms and two Full bathrooms. We also have laundry facilities on every floor. Ours is right outside my door. The machines are front loading, efficient and affordable!
Everything works in our apartment and you can tell it's been well maintained. Anytime repairs are needed, management takes care of everything in a professional and timely manner.
The management (Dan and Maria) work very hard to make city view apartments a place we are proud to call home.
The property always looks very nice and is also well maintained.
There is so much room for the kids to run and play, and a playground too! My 4 year old granddaughter loves to play with all the kids outside. We also have a community room not only available for tennant use but Dan and Maria occasionally put together parties for the kids there!
Thank you Diamond property management, for giving me a management I can trust, and an apartment I'm proud to call home.
