Wow... I seriously can't believe I'm about to give Husar's a one-star review. I'm sad about this. But they've left me no choice... After spending more than I should have on an heirloom diamond setting for my and my wife's wedding bands, I have had to bring back her engagement ring EIGHT TIMES to have the stupid prongs fixed.



I bought my wife a natural pearl ring. After the pearl fell out of the setting, I took it back. It fell out again (I witnessed it - it just FELL out... nothing hit it) and so I took it back AGAIN. Then I got it back and the pearl was placed SIDEWAYS in the setting, instead of how I bought it. I said I was fed up and didn't want it anymore because my wife didn't like how it looked with its new placement, but they told me that all they would do was send it back AGAIN.

Husar's insists that it's something she's doing, and not cheap, flimsy prongs that fail OVER AND OVER.



I was SO EXCITED to do business with Husar's, and now I wish I never had.

This guy (apparently the owner) can ruin the excitement of buying an engagement ring in less than 2 minutes. I felt like I was in a used car dealership. I couldn't get a straight answer and the guy wouldn't give me a price- he just kept asking "what I was willing to pay". He actually got mad at me when I told him if he didn't give me his price I was walking out!

I have made multiple purchases from Husar's and they take care of their customers exceptionally well. Great products, very fair pricing and an extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend them.

My husband bought all my jewelry from Husar's the quality and service are remarkable.
