EXCELLENT PET CARE!!! THE BEST!!!



I have been taking my pets to Parkdale for almost two decades and will happily drive a 100 mile round trip (or more if it ever comes to that) to bring my pets there, even if it is just for a routine check-up.



The doctors are dedicated professionals, consistently at the top of their game and well-versed in the latest technology and treatments. Their comprehensive knowledge of new medicines and procedures has absolutely saved my pets' lives on more than one occasion.



In addition to being professional, both the doctors and the staff are wonderfully compassionate; they always take the time to do an exam at a pace that the animal is comfortable with, and treat my pets with the same gentle handling and thoughtful attention to detail as they would treat their own pets. As a result the animal-patients in the waiting room are much calmer and better behaved than in any other vet's office I've ever been to.



I also love that they have all been working together as a team for a long time; that fact alone reflects their integrity as well as provides a warm and comfortable "family" type atmosphere for what might otherwise be a much more stressful experience for my pets (and me!).



Finally, the office and rooms are clean and bright, the fees are reasonable and the doctors always offer treatment options depending on your budget.



I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dale and his staff. They have definitely earned my respect and trust through the years, and I highly recommend them to everyone I meet.

I have been taking my 2 cats to Parkdale for the last 3 years or so, so I don't have a comparison of what it used to be like, but my experiences have been nothing but positive. The vet techs/receptionists are always friendly, and the doctors (I've seen several) have always taken the time to answer my questions, often following up with me by phone after an appointment. I highly recommend Parkdale Pet Care for vet services, and I have also used them for boarding my cats while on vacation.

dr.dale has been my vet for 15+yrs,and done a wonderful job UNTIL he built the new clinic,took in more patients and raised his prices!last time i saw him,i took a baby to him (12wks)because she was very lethargic,running a temp,little to no interest in food,water or playing.i had specifically asked that dr.dale at least consult.i got a dr. mary for a vet who was snippy,harried and didn't like babies at all.they kept 'once in a lifetime' for 6 hrs,gave her fluids and returned her to me w/ no answer as to what had been wrong and a $300+vet bill.this is the 5th plus time i've not been happy w/their care of my pets& i am now seeing dr.kathy at west bend animal hospital,may not be brand new,but she takes the time to answer your questions and be very thorough.and for alot less $.sorry dale and carla but you need to get your feet back on the ground.they used to help out@many charitable organizations as well,and now do none in the west bend area anymore,1-2 in milw.i WON'T be going back to them.
