I had heard about Peoples Home Equity in West Bend, WI from a friend / co worker as I was trying to refinance a mortgage. I am so happy that I made that phone call !! I spoke to a very kind & cheery man by the name of Jamie J. I had mentioned that I was interested in refinancing with possible money back as Jamie was kind enough to take time to explain what I would need to do to start the process if I was interested. I decided to do the refinance which went extremely smooth & just recently closed on the loan. To top everything off, Jamie & another gentleman from the title company came to my home for the closing. Again, that was above & beyond what a bank would do for you. My experience with Jamie & People Home Equity of West Bend was outstanding & I wanted to tell everyone !!! I am certainly passing the word on the great & sincere customer service I received. Not only was I able to get the loan but made a wonderful new friend. Thank you so much Jamie for everything. Deb S.
