HORRIBLE! I received crap glasses for my child that were scratched up very badly after 3 months- she didn't put them face down on the lens and always puts them in the case. We got new lenses and the lady couldn't get the old lenses out. She asked me to try (and I did). Then she couldn't get the new lenses in so I had to go somewhere else so my daughter could have glasses for school. She basically told me I was out of luck since she couldn't get them in. Then the new lenses we received were scratched in 5 HOURS! Multiple scratches too. I was with my daughter all day and she never took them off. She is a very calm child and doesn't play rough. The only thing I can think of was that she pushes them up with her finger on the lens. I was told from a few places that her finger wouldn't be the cause of the scratch. When I brought them back to a manager this time, she told me it was from the glasses case that opens side to side instead of up and down. The thing is, we don't have a case like that!! I showed her the case we have and she still said she thinks the glasses are being scratched from the other case. My daughter NEVER took the glasses off that day and the glasses were never put in a case she is claiming that I have! They did send them in to the manufacturer and they are replacing the lenses but I'm sure they will be crappy lenses again. The manager said "Yeah, the manufacturer thinks it's from the case too." THEY WERE NEVER IN THE CASE AND I DON'T OWN A CASE THAT YOU THINK I HAVE! Every person I have talked to has been rude or very unhelpful. I don't normally write reviews but this business is horrible and I would gladly pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket that get glasses from their from my insurance. What a JOKE!
