4 years later and I'm still finding screw-ups from these guys. I was working in my crawlspace today and I found a HUGE hole in my HVAC system. I've been heating and cooling a crawlspace for god knows how long because his incompetent workers decided that tape is a good long term solution for supporting a duct. This is only the latest issue, there are truly too many to write here though.



DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, The owner is concerned more about his bottom line than his quality of work and reputation. I have heard this out of his own mouth (not in exact words, but statements he made basically implied it). Bottom line is that there is poor leadership from the top down and all but one of his employees were lazy and worthless (go figure, the youngest guy there was the smartest, most professional and hardest working). Look elsewhere for quality work that can be trusted or you'll end up paying for it down the road.

My experiences with this company have been extremely satisfactory. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I have never been dissatified. For the two emergencies I had during the last 15 years, the technicians were at the house within 2 hours after each call and they were absolutely wonderful, fixing everything and testing the entire system within an hour after arriving. The girls in the office are also helpful - I spoke with 2 different ladies and they both went out of their way to assist me. I have used this company for my home and I have recommended them to quite a few friends, and will continue to do so.

I was very impressed with the owner's knowledge and expertise and was willing to go with them if the price was right. Unfortunately, after waiting for over a week to get a price quote from them I was terribly disatisfied with their lack of responsiveness. I left several unanswered messages and again talked with the owner who informed me he will again send me the price quote and information that he promised. Again after days of waiting the company failed to deliver the information that they have promised. This company is irresponisible and horribly rude. I cannot recommend working with such irresponsible owner/company. If they can't deliver simple price quote and information how can we trust them to deliver good products for my home. Buyers beware! Don't waste your time waiting!
