Was charged an extra $180 of unauthorized repairs! Was also told my car would be in shop overnight, the day I dropped off, and it was NOT the first night. The only reason my car stayed at the shop (for a week) was because it was completely apart. When finished and shop owner was told I could not pick up until the next day, that's when it was inside for the night. Asked to have oil change while other worked was performed, wad told at pick up that "it wasn't done, forgot". And to top it off, one of my front license plate bolts were missing and my plate was hanging sideways! How does that happen?
