This is a GREAT store with excellent service. His pricing is excellent. I have bout several watches there and have had service work done in a reasonable time. The owner has a nice personality. One day we talked about boxing and horse racing for an hour :-) Love the small town feel and service. I am honestly shocked how low his prices are.

I bought an Oris Date yesterday, great watch at a great price. I was originally going to purchase this watch at Metals in Time, but Dion's beat their price. I came back today for re-sizing of bracelet and great service

This business should be shut down! The owner is rude, inconsiderate and has no right running a business I west Bloomfield . Consumers have choices and hopefully they know NOT to choose this business for any of their needs. He treats customers like dirt, and I wonder how his staff stays there as he treats them crappy too!,,

Beware!!

This guy should not be in business. Has watches for over 6-8 months. Never returns calls. And has an attitude when you call or walk in about the status. Unbelievable!!!

Friendly and quality service

I had the spring bars on my Victorinox Swiss Army watch replaced there today after several trips to various repair places:

Sears at Lakeside: terrible and a waste of time

Macy's at Lakeside: Good luck getting a salesperson's attention

Maloof's (where it was purchased): Great service and attempted to fix it but did not have the correct pins; directed to J&R Watch and Clock of Roseville

J&R: Excellent service as well; determined that VSA uses an uncommon spring bar that they did not have; no charge for the time spent (thanks!)

Dion's is listed as an authorized repair center at Victorinox. I called them yesterday to see if they had the spring bars and the lady on the other end made sure that they did by walking me through the serial numbers, etc. When I went in today, the repair took 10 minutes for a charge of 5 dollars (in line with Sears). Always friendly service from the initial call to the face to face. I'd rather not had to make a 40 minute drive to get the repair (but that was my own stupidity in putting a one piece band on the watch and ruining the bars) but it was worth it.
