3 Strikes and you're OUT! I will NOT be visiting this salon again. 1st visit I the mani and pedi was rushed and subpar, but I needed a quick last minute job so I let it go. The 2nd visit the same young guy did my mani and pedi (i didn't have the heart to say in his face that I wanted someone else to do the job) so I figured this time might be better. WRONG. This time was worse! He didn't use the exfoliating foot scrub like they usually do for a pedicure and manicure didn't even come with a hand massage OR EVEN LOTION!!! My shellac started to peel the same week. My 3rd and last visit made an appointment with Helen. I went in on my appointment day and time, checked in and Helen, she acknowledged that I had an appointment with her while she was currently doing a manicure for someone else. I wait. 10 mins PAST my appointment time they sat me at a pedicure chair and the guy that gave me the past 2 crappy nail jobs came over to service me. I told him politely "I have an appointment with Helen". He attempted to proceed like he either didn't understand what I was saying or just didn't care. So I I rephrased it "I made an appointment with Helen". No one said anything, I look at Helen and said "do I not have an appointment in the books?" Then damn near all the employees start talking to each other and I got no answer. Someone ELSE walks in and Helen takes this person before me. Needless to say at this time it's 30 mins past my appt and I just told them goodbye and left!

Came on Sunday 2/15/15 before my trip to Florida . Dao did excellent job on my pedicure and manicure . She was very detailed :) can't wait to go back

i just visited excel nails on saturday Jan 2010. it is the place to get your nails done, they really keep up with everything in the shop such as new pedicure chairs, stations, polishes, and decoration for every holidays. love love love it, i cant wait to come back for manicure and pedicure soon. oh, right now, they have chinese decoration at the shop, so nice and i really enjoin been there.
