The FedEx services are bare minimum. However, the FedEx corporate office referred me to this address, telling me that my FedEx document envelope could go out today (a Saturday) if taken to them by 3 pm. Since the sign on the windows does not say FedEx, I thought I was at the wrong address, and missed a 3pm "deadline". After calling the FedEx phone #, I found that the facility the corporation called FedEx is not FedEx--it's "Goin Postal". Just want you to know that how it has been advertised, as a FedEx store that will send out on Saturdays is incorrect. So, if you're trying to send A FedEx envelope or package out on Sat, please find another location. The store gets 1 star from me, because there was no obvious way I could tell by all the signs on their windows, that they even conducted ANY FedEx business.

my packages never reached the final destination..I've used this place twice. I left them behind me and I use other postal store ...be aware of thefts and double charing.

IM EXTREAMLY HAPPY THAT I NEVER NEED TO STAND IN WEST BLOOMFIELD POST OFFICE LINES ANYMORE. Very profressional, polite people. I tell all my friends about this place. Its literally a ONE-STOP SHIPPING STORE. They compared all carriers prices. Post Office, FedEx, UPS & DHL, They told me the cheapest ways to ship. OMG AND THEY DON'T CHARGE TO PACK MY STUFF. No more Post office and UPS store for me. I love this place.
